Description: The main objective of the project is on the 3D integration technology has been
proposed, and then reviewed the EDA challenges and solutions that can enable the adoption of

capability that are offered by 3D technology.

Description: The main objective of the project is to avoid human losses in war field by
controlling the war vehicle using wireless mechanism from the base station and destroy the
enemies. And we use the software Keil software and Orcad software for designing the circuit of
