Presently Working as ‘Design Engineer’ in Engineering Design Department, it was started in the
year 1985 to design, manufacture and supply of Hydraulic cylinders, work holding solutions (Hydraulic,
Mechanical and Pneumatic) Assembly Automation and Shop Floor Productivity aided equipment’s to all
leading Machine tool manufacture. It is an ISO certified organization.

International Tractors Ltd, Tata Cummins, Cooper,Amtek,
Glass equipment india ltd., Indoshell etc.,

Nature Of Work:.
1. Analyzing the customer component and preparing fixture conceptual layout using Solid works
and Auto CAD as per customer requirement.
2. Preparing DAP (Design Approval Print) by getting proper inputs like machine details, tools
details, Process plan etc, for customer.
3. Inspection of customer’s components, deciding the required hydraulic elements for the fixture
as per the machining on the component.
4. Commencing the final design after getting clearance from the customers.
5. Detail design for the fixture will be done considering Tooling, Type of machine & its accessories,
Sequence of operations and Automation involved in the same.
6. Creating drawing with full details of the part and assemblies using Solidworks and AutoCAD
Tools.
7. Prescribing tool updates to the customer after checking for the tools fouling.
8. Conversion of 2D drawing to 3D models for analysis of interference, clearance and tolerance
check.
9. Providing engineering support and creating documentation like, BOM, Fasteners list, hydraulic
cylinder list, drawings etc.
10. Executing the work on or before the given time period as per customers requirement.
11. Maintaining checklist for every activity and daily progress sheet.
Major Projects and Concepts Handled:.
1. Designed 3 fixtures for CRANK CASE components(4 types) for HMC machines to perform operations such
as milling, drilling, boring, spot facing with sliding dowel mechanism for location.

2. Designed 2 fixtures for Wheel support and Cam shaft with 5 variants component both hydraulic with
internal piping.

3. Designed a mechanical fixture for Link components.
Customer: GLASS EQUIPMENT INDIA Ltd.
4. Designed a fixture ELECTRIC HALF HOUSING.
Customer: OSWAL CASTING, FARIDABAD, HARYANA.
5. Designed 2 fixtures OP-30 & OP-50 for Cylinder block 3,4 & 6 cylinder components
Customer: INTERNATIONAL(SONALIKA) TRACTORS Ltd, HOSHIARPUR.
