James Ryan has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering design and CAD. He is currently a senior civil designer at Neel-Schaffer, Inc where he designs roadway plans, prepares construction documents, and provides technical support. Prior to his current role, Ryan held senior design positions at AECOM and Goodwin & Marshall, and started his career as a CAD operator.
