Assistant Head of School & Director of Admission
Promoted after one year from Director of Admission to this dual role to integrate the
admissions process with the educational experience of students after admission and to
improve school-wide retention and program quality.
Partner with Head of School in every aspect of managing a non-profit elementary and
preschool serving 160 students.
Hire, train and supervise a staff of 10 Teaching Assistants.

increased diversity of our student population.
