Internship-Programmer and Usability Analyst
 Assessed usability issues and performed system testing on a state-of-the-art
fingerprint analysis workstation currently used by the FBI and other law enforcement
professionals. Discovered over 100 defects and usability issues over a 3-week period.
 Engaged in Agile software development methodologies, including daily scrums and
sprint planning using VersionOne, a project management application.
 Using Wink, created a tutorial video for the fingerprint analysis workstation for new
users. Demonstrated over 10 different workflows, thereby improving the application’s
usability.
 Using the Google Web Toolkit (GWT), provided the proof of concept for quicker and
more flexible access to fingerprint analysis technology by programming a web-based
prototype of the current workstation in the last month of the internship.
