1. Meetings will be held with current and former students and alumni to gather input on residence hall needs and ideas. This information will be compiled and shared publicly for additional community feedback.
2. The Board of Trustees will meet to review the information collected and decide on basic design parameters for the new residence hall. Architectural submissions will be gathered, the top five designs will be publicized, and a design will be chosen based on university input.
3. Initial building permits from the city and state will be applied for. If not approved, more information will be gathered to reapply for permits.
