1. Invites non-government organizations such as Red Cross International
and the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom as well as UN
organs to work intimately with governments at different levels to recommend
policies regarding women’s rights in terms of though not limited to:
a) Providing victims of violence against women with medical, legal and
employment support through establishments of shelter houses and mobile
clinics to provide counselling services, skills necessary for gainful
employment and microfinance schemes to reintegrate them into society
b) Providing advice on continuous revision of local judiciaries to meet the
demands of the changing social and cultural norms
c) Providing a trustworthy and uncensored source of public information
pertaining to the issue;
