This document profiles peace builders and figures of resistance against Israeli occupation in Palestine from 1900-1949. It provides brief biographies of 15 individuals from this time period including Folke Bernadotte, Yeshayahou Leibowitz, Bruno Hussar, and Yehudi Menuhin who supported finding a peaceful resolution between Jews and Palestinians and opposed further Israeli settlement expansion. Many of these individuals advocated for nonviolent resistance and criticized the occupation of Palestinian territories.
