This case study discusses a feasibility study conducted for Amity Property Venture's CEO, Vishwas Agnihotri, who wants to launch a new business called "Home on Rent." The feasibility study aims to determine whether the business can sustain in the Indian market and analyze factors like buying potential, area preference, and occupancy rates in metro, tier 2 and 3 cities. Primary and secondary research objectives include determining sustainability and analyzing buying potential, area preference, and occupancy rates. Situational analyses were conducted through interviews with landlords, tourists, students and others to understand preferences and occupancy patterns.
