China has both a market economy and planned economy that complement each other in the health sector. Most Chinese have access to basic public health insurance through their employers, as 80% of the population works for the government. This public insurance covers basic dental care. Private dental insurance and clinics are also available. Oral healthcare has been part of China's public health system since 1949. The government focuses on preventive dental care and treatment for the population through policies inspired by global health guidelines. A national oral health committee was created in 1998 to promote oral health in China.

China is a country where politics is critical to
all decisions that will be taken with regard to
health, in this case people living in China have
access to purchase basic insurance that
includes dental, taking note that you are
working more on the public side and the
private aside because 80% of the population

access to public health programs.

5. SITUATION “LOS CUADROS”
 It is necessary to improve public service in Costa
Rica, as it cant be possible that people who cant be
treated medically for lack of money. Today our country
needs money to improve in health. If you have a
disease , and you go to a public service you will have
to wait long to be seen and treated. Costa Rica needs
to take a giant step in regard to the health sector, yet
still one of the best systems in Central America, we
have to much to improve. Every day more people get
into debt with banks to recover their health in private
medical services, and does not have to be. The
country needs to give more attention to promoting
health and create more health centers in areas where
they are most needed and where there is more
