The document summarizes an experiment where samples of oil-contaminated seawater from the Gulf of Mexico were exposed to different levels of healing radio frequencies. Analysis found the sample exposed to high intensity frequencies had almost pure sodium chloride composition, while the minimally exposed control sample composition was typical of seawater with other elements. This suggests the radio frequencies altered the chemical composition by removing minor elements and purifying the major salt component. Further testing is recommended to understand the effects on other minerals and hydrocarbons at different radio frequency exposures.

Minimally Exposed to John and Nancy’s Healing RF Frequencies
Experiments
Samples of oil-contaminated seawater from the Gulf of Mexico were given to me for
analysis by Mr. John Hutchison and Nancy Lazaryan.
The experimental sample had been exposed to healing radio frequencies of a high
intensity, broadcast from an apparatus designed and built by Mr. Hutchison.
The control sample had been exposed only minimally to these frequencies; this small
exposure was inadvertent, and occurred during an experiment in which the control was
not far enough away from the apparatus to avoid any effects.
Close exposure to RF radiation from the apparatus had previously been shown to reduce
the amount of crude oil hydrocarbons in the test water from 7 ppm, in the control sample,
to undetectable levels in the irradiated sample.
Analytical Procedure
Approximately 20 ml of both samples were dried in an oven at 100 ºC, overnight, and the
solid salts isolated. Samples of solids from both samples were mounted on an aluminum
post, and placed in a scanning electron microscope (SEM) with an energy dispersive X-
ray (EDX) attachment for elemental analysis.

2. Results of the EDX analysis of the control sample are shown in Figure 1. The sample
composition appears typical for seawater salt, with sodium and chlorine being the most
abundant elements. No carbon from hydrocarbons was detected, as 7 ppm carbon is a
concentration which is too low to be detected by the instrument.
Other elements detected included oxygen (O), magnesium (Mg), aluminum (Al), silicon
(Si), sulfur (S), potassium (K), and calcium (Ca).

The elemental composition of the experimental sample is shown in Figure 2. This
sample clearly differs in composition from the control sample, and is almost pure sodium
chloride.
The magnesium, silicon, potassium, and calcium observed in the control sample have
disappeared, and a small phosphorus (P) peak is now evident. This element was most
likely also present in the control sample, but was masked by its larger sulfur peak.

3. Conclusions
1) Exposure to the RF frequencies used in this experiment alters the chemical
composition of the dissolved solids in the seawater.
2) Minor component elements appear to be removed, and the composition of the salt
altered so as to purify the major component salt in the water (sodium chloride).
3) Further tests should be done to quantify the effect on salt and hydrocarbon
composition with respect to the amount of RF energy added to the water, and to
investigate the effect of these RF frequencies on harmful minerals, such as
arsenic, mercury, and lead.
4) Further tests should be done to investigate the range of the device, and to adjust
the RF intensity to remove hydrocarbons, and (hopefully) harmful minerals, while
keeping most of the essential minerals in the water.
5) Investigation of the mechanism of action of this method should also be
undertaken. It is this author’s opinion that the ions and hydrocarbons removed
from the water are being dematerialized and becoming part of the quantum
vacuum/zero point energy.
