The meeting by Shri Rajnath Singh, honorable honorable home minister of India was called in the wake
of Abu Baqar Baghdadi (fake name) issuing appeals for acceptance of his khilafa. Muslim leaders led by
Dr.M.J.Khan from across the persuasions denounced Abu Baqar Baghdadi as one sponsored by Satanist
forces and then also as an usurper of the identity of Khalifatullah decreed MUSTAFA in verse 3:33,34 of
the holy Qur’aan. With clear knowledge of the chain of Fatimid Khalifatullah post martyrdom of Mowla
Ali decision was made to denounce Abu Baqar Baghadadi from the 7 lakh masajids, khanqahs and Imam
Bargahs from across the cities, villages and habituations in India.

A historic meeting called by anab Rajnath Singh, the honorable home Minister of India of the religious
leaders and social leaders took place on February 2, 2016 at the office of Bhartiya Janta Party . Dr. MJ
Khan, the leader of the delegation described the situation of nation to be peaceful post introduction of
the religious leaders and social leaders who were invited for attending the meeting with the honorable
home minister . Dr.Khan shared the objectives of the meeting related to the social and economic
situation of the muslims and their security which he said would be addressed through meetings and
confidence building measures. He described the meeting to be one generating an interface between the
government and muslim religious and social leaders in India. He informed on how Mowlana Mehmood
Madni of Jamaat ul Ulama e Hind could not reach the meeting since he was in Mumbai . He introduced
Mowlana Kalbe Jawad, Shia leader from Lucknow, Mufti Shamoon Qasmi, Mowlana Ejaz Arshad Nadwi
, pesh Imam of India Gate masjid, Qamar Agha, noted journalist. Dr. MM Ansari, Mr. Mohammad
Atique ,General Secretary, Maulana Azad University, Hasan Ahmad Rizwi, Dr,M.Mukhtar Alam , Indian
Minorities Economic Development Agency, Mr.Wahid Chisti, Gaddi Nasheen of Dargah Ajmer Shareef,
Mr. Wamiq Warsi , Gaddi Nasheen of the Dargah of Dewa Shareef, Dr. MM Ansari, Joint Director &
Head (Research Cell), Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi and others.. Dr.Khan explained on

how this meeting was conceived by the honorable home Minister in order to discuss all the issues heart
to heart.
After the introduction of the muslim religious and social leaders, Honorable Home Minister welcomed
all for the meeting and explained how there is a reason to meet and clear the misunderstanding which
the community may have for the government. He called for advice on what should the government
should be doing for eliminating the trust deficit .He called for defining the lacunae on part of the
government .He called for free and frank expressions. Informing on the officials, he said, Director, IB
and Joint Secretary, Mr. Ashok Prasad was present and assured that Mr.Ajit Doval, National Security
Advisor would be joining soon. He informed that there are some people who generate statements in the
personal capacity but that are not the view of the party. He expressed concerns that youths are getting
radicalized and there is a negative perception for BJP which has been built over the years among the
minorities. He informed on how even RSS is not anti-muslim as they highlight values .He shared l that
RSS was not against muslims and Islam but an organization for interfaith common values. He also cited
how these values were special to muslims in India since the incidence of divorces ‘talaq’ is lesser than
many other countries and how even the impact of ISIS is insignificant. On the fringe elements engaged
in terrorist activities, he said there are some who exist among Hindus as well.
Dr.Khan expressed happiness with the steps of the government which has been taken for securing rights
of the all. He called for sharing of the view of all present in the meeting.
Mr.Niaz Farooqi, Jamaat e Ulama e Hind informed on the organization has been part of the
independence movement of India and opposed to partition. He said, that the organization does not have
a negative impact of any forces since the organization is committed to the national integrity, peace,
security and wellbeing of all. He said that as a Home Minister, it was the duty of the home minister to
secure wellbeing and security of all within the nation. He said, we are not concerned with RSS or any
organization which may be supporting or opposing the government. For him, the home minister was
home minister and this is the reason, he responded to the call of the home minister and not of a person
having some affiliation with some organization. On the issues, he said there are some wish to terrorize
and who wish to generate hopelessness, but he said that muslims can be neither terrorized nor muslims
can be pushed into a state of helplessness. He expressed concern that emergence of ISIS with the
usurper of identity of Khalifa of God is a threat to India and therefore, he appreciates the step of the
government seeking through the engagement of the community in denouncing ISIS and AB Baghdadi. He
expressed that all muslim organizations, Ulamas and organisations denounce AB Baghdadi and there is
none supporting AB Baghdadi, an usurper of the identity of Khalifa of Allah SwT.
Imam Umer Ilyasi , Chief Imam of All India Imam Organisation referred to some connecting Madarsas,
Khanqahs and Masajids with ISIS , but he asserted that ISIS is not connected to Islam at all since AB
Baghdadi is planted by agents inimical to muslim societies. He expressed concern on how innocent
muslim youths get arrested and then found innocent since they are arrested on suspicion without
concrete evidence. He called for compensation for the youths whose crucial years are wasted.
Referring to the news on changing the character of AMU and Jamia Millia Islamia, he said that we
should be given more universities and hospitals . For denouncing AB Baghdadi , he said, ‘We would be

educating all on this in the Juma Khutbas ( addresses ) specially in the part which deals with reflection on
the current affairs .He called on all Shia and Shia muslim leaders to communicate to all pesh-Imams in
this regard. Later speaking to press, he said, he would be issuing the call for all 7 lakh pesh Imams across
India.
He said while this is a religious duty to denounce the usurper of the identity of Khalifa of Allah SwT/
God/Ishwar, muslims need to be kept out of suspicion since muslims are the second largest religious
majority in India and therefore , the community cannot be ignored. He informed on his visits abroad
and referred his visit to Sharjah where he was being asked about the state of muslims in India.
Therefore, he called on the government to do the best for muslims in India in order to earn good will of
muslim nations and promote trade.
Mowlana Kalbe Jawad , noted Shia muslim leader affirmed the view of the honorable home minister on
how numbers of youths getting attracted to the ideology of AB Baghdadi is very insignificant. However,
he pointed on the importance of education, security and economic wellbeing and participation in
security forces securing inclusive justice for muslims since perception of deficit in participation in
governance, security forces and institutions generates a perception of alienation and discrimination. He
highlighted this giving the example of machine which has smaller parts and bigger part which must
function together. Nation constituting all is like a machine which must function together with best
health. Expressing grave concern for innocent youths arrested on the suspicion and later proved so as a
result of the scrutiny of evidences, he referred to the example of Aamir Khan who was found innocent
after being in jail for 18 years. He wondered how an innocent was caught while the one who have been
involved in the crime is free. He called on the government to compensate youths like Aamir Khan so that
they regain the lost years in career and lost opportunities in life. He called on the Intelligence Bureau (IB)
chief present to find out the real criminals since Aamir Khan has been found innocent. He denounced
the policy of promotion of encounter and how this policy was responsible for the killing of more than
100 muslim youths. He called for an immediate end to encounters. Now that Supreme Court has placed
a ban on this, there is no encounter happening. This means all the encounters were fake.
He informed about the case of how men with beards and caps are harassed sometime and shared an
experience in this regard when an air hostess heard a Mowlana speaking about flying in the airplane
using the word ‘Jahaz Udh raha hai’ .The airhostess thought he is talking about bombing off the
airplane. He cited another example of another incident involving a small cycle using hawker in Sitapur
where groups clashed invoking his religious identity. Reflecting on the concern for the minority
character of Aligarh Muslim University and Jamia Millia Islamia, he called for preservation of the
minority character of the universities since these universities were examples for nation founded by
muslim leaders for promoting national integration and educational advancement of nation through
educating the muslims and all at a time when British were ruling India and muslims knowing Persian
and Urdu had lost all jobs.
Mr. Qamar Agha noted senior journalist described the economic condition of muslims as worst in
comparison to other social groups. Government schools are lesser in number and there are fewer
hospitals in muslim dominated regions. Considering the large number of artisan class among the

muslims, he called for special schemes for skill up gradation and market linkage for the products. He
pointed out the absence of hospitals in the muslim areas. Also, Banks are to be encouraged to give loans
to muslims and the conditions for procuring loans from minority development and finance corporation
should be made easy especially the part dealing with guarantee from a government official since poor
muslims hardly have government officials who would be able to guarantee the loans. This will benefit
the nation in realizing the vision of Make in India. On the status of religious freedom, he appreciated
that India is much more free for muslims in comparison with other nations where muslim leaders are
killed for expressing dissent or participating in demonstration. He perhaps had had Saudi Arabia in mind
where religious leaders were killed for expressing dissent with the ideology of Wahabism upheld by the
ruling class. Referring to India, he said that muslims in India has been largely peaceful. There are some
who are trying to disturb this but government is capable of dealing with them.
Referring to the observation of the honorable home minister with regard to trust deficit between the
muslim community and the government , he pointed out how there also exists dialogue deficits which
needs to be addressed with a systemic and institutional response by the government in order to build
peace in India securing best interests of all across the social, religious and caste groups.

Dr.M.J.Khan, President of the National Economic Forum of Muslims, defined the Indian culture being
composite since millennia having the diversities of thoughts and practices. He asserted that religion is
one with people having diverse ways of praying to God/Allah/Ishwar , the Nirguna .Citing the example of
Indonesia, he shared how muslims in Indonesia are retaining the Sanskrit names without alienating the
language and without hating Arabic and other languagse. Reflecting on the arrests made recently, he
referred on how some of the arrests are based on perceptions and therefore, there is need to ensure
early disposal of the cases with judicial reforms in order to secure lives of the innocent youths who are
arrested on the basis of perception and suspicion which does not stand the scrutiny of court.
On the emergence of Abu Baqar Baghdadi and how some from among 70 lakh workers and youths could
be influenced by his false declaration of being a KHALIFA of God for himself for Sunni muslims, he said
that AB Baghdadi is wellknown to be Satanist operated and supported by Satanic forces. Keeping into
considering the need to keep the nation united on common values securing peace, security, justice,
health for all, he called for establishing an Inter Faith Dialogue Commission. He called for allocation of
budget targeting minorities where allocation should be 30 per cent but with 15 per cent beneficiaries
stipulated in the programmes, rate of uptake is not even 3%. Thus, he called for securing access for the
benefits of national flagship programme. He called for the share of muslim youths in the schemes and
programmes. Ministries should be able to secure proportionate benefits for muslim eliminating
exclusion. On recruitments of muslims in the forces , he called for urgent attention for this in order to
secure representation of muslims in all the forces. He pointed out that UPA government had attained 9
per cent recruitment from among the muslims. He referred to how Prime Minister Narendra Modi has
been also speaking in this regard for securing inclusive justice for muslims in jobs and security forces. In
so far as the political representation is concerned, parties should be securing inclusive justice through
giving tickets even though for muslims. However he shared that the security of the muslims is the first
concern, if security is granted, the community will solve all the problems with the cooperation of all.
Mr.Kamal Farooqi addressing the home minister said ‘We love you, as Niyaz Farooqi said, there is no
school of muslim practice in India sanctioning support for terrorism and extremism. He declared that all
muslims have denounced Abu Baqar Baghdadi. We are collectively denouncing the AB Baghdadi and all
terrorism and extremism considering the same to be inimical to the muslims ,the nation and humanity.
We are ready to fight along with all. This is a matter of conviction and choice. We are not hopeless.
However, we have issues with delays in justice. Why people who are engaged in terror have not been
punished? There are some innocent youths who were freed after 14 years. Why officers found arresting
the wrong person have not been punished? Why government has not paid compensation to the
innocent for getting wrongly arrested? He referred to the Times of India report in which 20000 cases
have been referred for verification’. He inquired from the Intelligence Bureau (IB) and expressed serious
concern on how innocents have been incarcerated with inadequate evidence. Commenting on the
expression of fringe elements among Hindus, he mentioned that these elements are to be contained by
the party, then there would be better harmony.

On the issue of Babri masjid, he said , ‘we will abide by SC judgment’. Why there are people speaking,
when the matter is under sub judice. Who is passing the judgment and who is the speaker? He referred
how India has a special place in the mind and heart of muslims who refer to the saying the of the
prophet PBUH and HF ‘ Hindustaan se Thandi Hawaein aati hain’. He said, India has been diverse with
castes, religions, languages and tribes since times immemorial which remains an strength for India.
Referring to The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Amendment Act ,2004(UAPA), he said there are some
provisions which need to be revisited since there are some malignant and malvolent persons who
misuse the act.
He considered the meeting to be very important and congratulated Dr. M.J.Khan for organizing the
meeting with the home minister for securing best future of muslims in India. Referring to the Sachar
Committee recommendations, he called for expedited action for implementing the recommendations
and assessing the implementation of the recommendations. In this regard, he called for revival of the
community led monitoring mechanism. For rapid attention to inclusive growth of the nations and doing
justice to the slogan of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, he called for special attention to the 685 muslim
concentration blocks out of the 7000 blocks in India. Among these, UP only has 104 blocks which
require special attention. Referring to the Aligarh Muslim University, he pointed out the demography of
India and the role of muslims in the independence struggle, education movement, he said, we are the
second largest majority in India, therefore , there is a need to protect the institution created by muslims
like Jamia Millia Islamia and Aligarh Muslim University since these universities have been the location of
the independence struggle and educational movement in India for securing independence.
It is the sagacity of the community that demonstrations have not taken place till date and he expressed
earnest hope that government would not be tampering with the minority character of the universities.
Mr. Mohammad Ateeq, Chairman, of the AMU centre in Jodhpur called for the preservation of minority
character of AMU augmenting support for the centers and creation of more centers.
Janab Kamal Farooqi , a member of f the Academic Court of AMU referred to the clause 5(2)c of AMU
charter which called for AMU promoting education across the country and therefore , he called on the
government to increase the number of AMU centers up to 12. Referring to the waqf properties, he
referred the meeting with Mr. Shahnawaz Hussain and Mr. Prakash Javedkar and called for eviction of
the usurpation of 123 waqf properties. He referred to the cases filed in the name of VHP and called for
rejection of the cases of organizations like VHP which was not a party in the case of masajids under
Archeological Survey of India which needs to be alive. He also called for elimination of the usurpation of
the awqaaf as endowments are constitutionally protected with clear laws which cannot be changed till
the Day of Judgment. He referred to eviction act in the waqf properties act. He called for zero
usurpation of the Waqf properties securing its development in order to generate proceeds for
community development.
Imam Umar Ahmad Ilyasi ,Chief Imam of All Indian Imam Organisation called for formation of the
committees consisting of all faith group leaders for eliminating conflicts .He said that the committee
would be working like a fire brigade. Asserting the love of nation, he said this is part of the faith of
muslims. There cannot be any support terror groups operating abroad .In order to secure protection of

Imams, he called for installation of cameras in the masajids where are there are pesh Imams living
insecure at times.
Janab Muhammad Ateeque referred to AMU center Jodhpur which needs more grant from the centre.
He said , Mr.Ashok Gehlot gave ten crores for the centre. He referred on how the centre has performed
giving 550 teachers. He informed on seeking approval of two more centers in Rajasthan. Referring to the
Waqf property, he said, these need to be developed so that rentals are used for educational and
economic development. He called for end of arrests on suspicion citing the arrest of 60 muslim boys
whose relatives are running after courts. He said, we have strong security concerns due to the arrests of
the muslim boys on suspicion. This needs to end. In this regard, he called for more and more
engagement between the security forces and the community leaders since absence of dialogue between
the communities and the security forces creates distance.
Mr.Rajnath Singh, the honorable Home Minister responding to the concerns of innocents getting
apprehended informed on the some youths may have being picked up for being an informant. He
informed on how police station committees need to be more inclusive. It appears in some places
security agencies and communities have trust deficit. There are places where police and communities
have a good relationship as well. On apprehending people, we need to be realistic as well. On the image
of his party, he said, we are not being able to project a good image. However, we have this strong
feeling of nation being strong with all and most muslims being defender of the national integrity except
some misguided elements. He said, we believe in Vasudhaiv Kutumbkum and therefore, we treat all
belonging one family, a KUTUMBA. He informed on how he used to have meeting with Mowlana Jameel
Ilyasi saheb and how these meetings were very valuable. Considering the need for eliminating trust
deficits, he called for regular dialogue of muslim community leaders and government for securing the
motto of the government for inclusive development. Ideally, we should not be talking in terms of Hindus
and Muslims in order to secure united actions for collective development. We should be forming a
centre for having this dialogue with the minorities.
Imam Umer Ahmad Ilyasi said that he would be issuing an appeal for masajids for educating all on how
AB Baghdadi is not the KHALIFA of Allah. Mowlana Kalbe Jawad, the leader of 12er Shia Muslims
inquired about the 82 properties which has been encroached upon by various parties. He called for
urgent action for eliminating the encroachment of the waqf properties.
Responding to some generating statements against the muslims, honorable Home Minister remarked
how the Bhartiya Janta Party and government wishes to address all the issues. There are some who
generate statements in ignorance, but that cannot be the view of the party.
Janab Qamar Agha , noted senior journalist and columnist expressing his view on the forces behind
Abu Baqar Baghdadi (fake name) shared that this group has been created to disturb the peace in Middle
East but his declaration of Khalifa needs to be denounced since, there are 70 lakh muslim youth working
in Gulf nations where governments are failing, dictators and tyrants are ruling. Democratic process does
not exist. Governments are not ready to bring any change. The Arab spring did not bring in change
.There is need to educate all youths there since some may want to respond to the appeal of ‘Khilafat in

danger’ . On the conduct of ISIS , he said they wish to be in news. For them, India is in focus since in their
reckoning of the borders of Sunni Khilafat, India is part of Khorasan. There are some making statement
supporting the Khilafat vision of AB Baghdadi .In order to ensure that muslim youths are not attracted
to the call of AB Baghdadi, there is a need to have a joint committee with clear vision.
Mufti Ejaz Arshad responding to issue of ISIS and its appeal said that muslim youths are confused but
firm on how AB Baghdadi cannot be the Khalifa of God. Arrests of people have been lowest here in
India. On some leaders speaking against muslim community, he felt that some are creating communal
atmosphere in the country before December election. He referred to the passage of communal violence
bill for which he had visited the prime minister in 2000. He referred to ratio of muslims in the
committees and institutions of governance which should be increased in proportion to the population.
Referring to 70 lakh muslim youths in Gulf nations, he suggested that cooperation of all governments
in educating on the false claim of Khilafat of God by Abu Baqar Baghdadi. Referring to the
implementation of the programmes for religious minorities in India in order to eliminate perceptions of
exclusion and discrimination, he called for revival of the Monitoring Committee for the implementations
of the programmes in order to eliminate implementation deficits. He called for strengthening the
education of Arabic and Persian languages here in India in order to interact better with the Arabic and
Persian speaking nations while letting all these students from Madaris appear for civil services
examination securing positions in governance. We need to ensure that call of representative justice
and inclusive justice is not treated as ‘appeasement’ and therefore, we need to eliminate
‘appeasement’ of organisations which are alienating muslims seeking exclusion for them from the
economy, governance, business and all places.
Mr. Qamar Agha, noted journalist affirmed that imparting learning of languages is important. Arabic and
Persian speaking students from India are working in governments there in Gulf nations since they are
educated in Arabic .Also learning of Persian is important for Persian speaking regions where we have
trade relations. He called for strengthening training of the security institutions in order to ensure that
innocents are not made to suffer as this creates huge discontent, anger and the desire for vengeful
action among the youths. In order to delivery justice faster, he called for judicial reforms. On the
delivery of Prime Minister’s schemes for the minorities, he called addressing all hurdles generating
implementation deficits while securing elimination of usurpation of Awqaf. Reflecting on the
implementation of programmes for minorities, he called for inter-ministerial coordination between
ministries in order to generate best results. He called for coordination between the Ministry of Minority
Affairs and the Ministry of Human Resource Development.
Imam Umer Ilyasi expressing serious concern for prevention of muslims to pray in Archeological Survey
of India controlled masajids . He called for opening of the masajids under Archeological survey of India
for letting muslims pray there since masajids are constructed for prayers .There are 176 such masajids
and these should be opened. He said opening of these masajids, promotion of culture of prayer is very
important since youths are getting misguided having sense of injustice and some may find recourse
to a thought that extension of control of a muslim Khalifa over India may solve the problems. He said
, we will work together with the government fighting against AB Baghdadi ,the usurper of the identity of
Khalifa of Allah SwT.

Mowlana Kalbe Jawad , noted 12er Shia leader highlighted elimination of corruption by officials who
are taking 50 per cent out of any grant made by the government. This must end since such corruption
of the officials kills all engaged in nation building through programmes and institutions delivering service
to the nation.
Janab Kamal Farooqi expressed anguish about how some walking in Lodhi garden are taking dogs with
them. This would stop if these masajids are opened for prayer and Waqf Board appoints an Imam there
there for looking after the masjid.
Mufti Ejaz Arshad Nadwi reflected on the relationship of centuries between Hindus and muslims in India
and this can only be strengthened more and more with cooperation and dialogue which exists in India.
He affirmed the call for opening the ASI controlled masajids citing the example of Sufi Abdussalam
masjid which has been locked by ASI where freedom to pray must be granted. ‘Sabhi ASI ki masjidaun
mein sajde ki azaadi honi chahiye’. Responsibility to the perception of how Islam impacts local culture,
he emphasized on how Islam has enriched since the prophet PBUH and HF exists as a MERCY for
humanity. He referred to enormous amount of literature on the positive impact of Islam on societies.
Reflecting on the emergence of Arab spring, he said, we did support Arab spring which called for
democratic governance. As the old slogan goes , there is a kind of adage applies to world order which
refers to fish but must not be applied among the to humans if organized together indeed as one
community ‘ Badi machli choti machli ko khati hai’. He referred to RSS and their hate communications
which influences the conduct of security personnel in some place .He cited the example of how a
muslim woman was being searched by a male security personnel which he resisted .He wondered on the
consequence if some angry youths would have reacted violently. On one occasion, he was being
checked while taking a stroll at India Gate. He informed that he had to invoke his connection to Mr.
P.C.Chidambram for preventing the security personnel from checking him. He cited this example for
show how some from the security personnel are conducting themselves for muslim men and women
with distinct attires. He wondered on how common masses may be feeling if this is the sort of treatment
muslim men and women with distinct non-British Indian attires are receiving. Reflecting on how small
incidents are turned in communal riot, he referred to an incident in Rampur where 50 people got
engaged in a scuffle after a dispute between a cycle driving vendor /pheriwala and others. Referring to
these, he called for an end to such incidents.
Dr MM Ansari referred to some are generating the terror in the name of ISIS. There are madaris which
are being monitored by Intelligence Bureau and youths are being arrested. There exist huge trust deficit.
There could be a backlash. There is not adequate political representation. Due to this, there is lack of
communication between the community and others. He apprehended backlash for the trust deficit
which is being generated as a result of the conflicts outside India. He felt that due to lack of adequate
representation, communication gap has increased and more ghettoisation is being generated. There is
absence of representation in the security forces. We cannot radicalize but the talk of appeasement does
not make sense at all due lack of representation and inclusion of muslims in all walks of life. We need
to have more consultation for eliminating alienation .Referring to budget utilizations, he pointed out the
example of Rs.100-150 crore for Mowlana Azad Foundation (MAF) ,but utilization is nil. There exists
utilization deficit .He called for engaging the ministry of Broadcasting to inform on all channels on the

falsehood of the declaration of Khilafa of AB Baghdadi. It appears there are also some who are being
lured for the money which they are offered as a result of their fighting for AB Baghdadi.
Dr.Muhammad Mukhtar Alam, Executive Director, IMEDA informed that AB Baghdadi is a usurper of
the identity of Khalifatullah since there already exists 49th
Imam and Fatimid Khalifatullah existing in the
unbroken chain of Fatimid Khalifatullah post martyrdom of Mowla Ali bin Imraan Abu Talib. He informed
that Padam Vibhushan Kareeem Shah Al Hussaini Aga Khan IV is the 49th
Imam and Fatimid Khalifatullah
referred as awaited Imam Mahdi in Sunni and 12er Shia tradition of knowledge in this regard. He is

Fatimid Khalifatullah in the posterity of Imam Jaafar Al Sadiq through Imam Ismail bin Imam Jaafar Al
Sadiq and Imam Nizar. He referred to the discussion on this with Imam Umer Ahmad Ilyasi who also
understood the argument and theological validity .He pointed out how the position of Abu Baqar
Baghdadi is like that of Muawiya bin Abu Sufiyan and Yazeed bin Muawiya, the murderers of the
grandsons of the prophet Mohammad PBUH and HF. Commemoration of the martyrdom of Imam
Hussain is common among Shia and Sunnis across the nations in which Hussaini Brahmins and Sanatan
Dharmies saluting avtaars in general have been participating here in India. He highlighted on how the
presence of Hussaini Brahmins as a community of Brahmin having a history of their ancestors fighting
Yazeed and sacrificing lives is an example and a sign of God for people to understand that Imam Hussain
indeed sacrificed his life for saving the cause of Islam=peace decreed through unity in recognition,
allegiance and obedience of Imam e Mubeen referred as Adhinayak and understood so in the national
anthem of India by Guru Ravindra Nath Tagore. Mr. Zafar Agha supported the reference to Imam Jaafar

Al Sadiq and all muslim leaders in the meeting accepted the theological rationale for denouncing the
usurpation of the identity of Khalifatullah by Abu Baqar Baghdadi (fake name).
Janab Wahid Chisti representing the seat of Sultan e Hind Moinuddin Chisti RA said that we muslims
are standard bearers of Islam/ peace/Shanti discriminating none educating all on love, peace and
cooperation and righteousness. Abu Baqar Baghdadi cannot be the Khalifatullah for us. On the love for
nation, he cited the popular saying ‘ Chisti ne jis chaman mein Wahdat ka geet gaya, mera watan wohi
hai, mera watan wahi hai’. Referring to the innocent youths and those arrested in the name of ISIS or
other groups engaging in terrorist activities abroad, he called for judicious dealing with those arrested
.He condemned the instances of forced confession, since that is indeed unfair and absolutely sinful.
Janab Wamiq Warsi representing the famous shrine of Deva Shareef in Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh
informed on the composite culture which is observed at Dewa Shareef where Holi Milan is organised
recognizing the common monotheistic ethos represented by prophets, messengers and avatars and
rightly guided Imams. He informed that all Hindus and muslims are invited on the occasion of Holi and
that all Hindus and muslims join the Holi Milan and celebrate Holi is a festival where miraculous survival
of Prahlad as a bhakt of Vishnu is commemorated through the blessing of Allah SwT which is very much
akin to safety of prophet Abraham SUH and HP referred as Guru Brahmma . He informed on how much
has been achieved in heritage here in India which is integral to the life of all. He called for benefits of
economic development for all. On the needs of muslims ,he called for comprehensive attention on
health and vocational training needs.
Dr.M.J Khan summed up the discussion with the following propositions:
 Abu Baqar Baghdadi is a man of Satanic nature, operated and sponsored by Satanic forces.
 There exist dialogue deficits between the muslim community leaders and the governments
which need to be bridged through creating a sustainable mechanism.
 National Foundation on Communal Harmony should have more budgets.
 Next meeting should focus on specific issues in order to build solidarities in action from among
muslims.
 All the masajids under Archeological survey of India should be opened for namaaz since these
are meant for the same till the Day of Judgment.
 There is need for police reforms in order to ensure elimination of delays in delivery of justice.
 Using the power of IT , there should be more education for all.
 The position of the Chairman at National Commission for Minority Institutions (NCMI) should be
filled as soon as possible.
 Character of AMU and Jamia should be preserved as per the vision of its founders even though
there are 160-170 universities which are open for all. Talk of changing the minority character of
the university harms the sentiments of muslims in India. We are seeking preservation of the
character of the university and increase in the number of centers for AMU as per the charter of
the university.
 Level of confidence which religious minorities shows the health of nation and therefore, nothing
should be done for harming the same.

 Social audit of the state implementing the scheme should be done by the Minority Commission.
 Communal Violence Bill process should be reactivated in order to eliminate the incidence of
communal violence in nation.
Mowlana Kalbe Jawad called for increasing the number of muslim community representatives in Waqf
board since the members of the community ensure proper delivery and secure accountability for
endowments.
Dr.M.J.Khan requested Mr. Ajit Doval ,the national security advisor to share his views for the meeting.
Mr. Ajit Doval, the national security advisor said there are many good suggestions, but he said he was
confused. When, we seek security, we need to ensure that there is no conflict. He observed that there
are polarizations which need be contained even though, there would be religious polalisation, but there
should not be social and economic polarization. Since, where there is polarization, there is counter
polarization. He called for focus on social and economic upliftment of minorities instead of having
religious polarization which harms the national interests.
Janab Rajnath Singh , the honorable home minister described the content of discussion to be of very
high level. He said for the first time, he has such a meeting for this he thanked Dr.M.J.Khan for the same.
He assured that, there would be next meeting for discussing and deciding on the issues emerging from
the minutes of the meeting. He called for having a forum for discussing all the issues while informing
that he is discussing the issues with NSA regularly. For having a sustainable mechanism on the dialogue,
he said, we will have to have a committee for discussing all issues. With this note, he said we will have
more meetings for addressing all the issues and thanked Dr. M.J.Khan for organizing the meeting with
social and religious leaders of muslims of India.
After the historic meeting concluded, Mohtram Wahid Chisti performed the ceremony of offering the
pagri of peace from the seat of Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti RA for Janab Rajnath Singh, the honorable
home minister of India and Dr. Muhammad Mukhtar Alam requested for the pagri of peace for Mr. Ajit
Doval which was granted by Mohtarm Wahid Chisti saheb.
Mowlana Kalbe Jawad , Dr. MJ Khan , Mowlana Umar Ahmad Ilyasi and Dr.Muhammad Mukhtar Alam
spoke to the press sharing about the decision of mass denunciation of Abu Baqar Baghdadi from the 7
lakh masajids, Imam Bargahs and khanqahs and homes.

2nd February 2016 would be reckoned as a Great day in the history of India today with Shia and Sunni
religious leader standing united denouncing AB Bagdadi .It was pleasure to be part of DrMj Khan led
delegation of muslim religious leaders and social leaders meeting the Home Minister Honorable Rajnath
Singh today. You may watch the news on news channels since media was present there after the
meeting in large number speaking to the muslim leaders. Dr.Khan described IS as people of Satanic
nature operated by Satanic forces.Imam Umar Ilyasi and Shia Leader Kalbe Jawad together called for
denunciation fake Khalifa from all masajids, Imam bargahs, Khanqahs and all places of mass
communication educating youths. Mowlana Kalbe Jawad described Islam as peace where not even the
leave of tree could be harmed. He denounced some 'Muftis' influenced by Wahabism where love of kins
of prophet PBUH and HF is absent. They are speaking against Shia muslims and Sunni muslims pledged
together to prophet Muhammad PBUH and HF through Mowla Ali at Ghadir Khum and with Imam
Hussain at Karbala .
I explained on the presence of 49th Imam and Fatimid Khalifa calling for education of all in this regard in
order to educate all youths in India and rest of the world to keep away from AB Baghdadi or educating
him and those with him on the identity of continuity of Fatimid Khalifa from Imam Hussain onwards.
Honorable Home Minister described the content of discussions of very 'high level' and all present in the
meeting expressed deep satisfaction over the initiative of Minister of Home Affairs and the Government
of India meeting the muslims leaders. Kamal Farooqi saheb called for increasing the number of centres
for Aligharh Muslim University by 10-12 instead of changing the character of university since the charter
of the university calls for promotion of education of muslims through India. Honorable Home Minister
called for more and more such meetings at the regular interval affirming the faith in Vasudhaiv
Kutumbkum.
Qamar Agha saheb called for upgradation of traditional skills of the minorities, establishment of schools
and hospitals in the muslime area. National Security Advisor called for eliminating polarization for
securing united endeavor for best for all in India. Wamiq Warsi from Dewa Sharif explained how Islam in
India is indeed peace and how Deva Sharif organises Holi Milan and Eid Milan together recognizing the
continuity of common monotheistic ethos upheld in Islam and Sanatan Dharma which is same if seen in
the light of values. Mr.Nadwi of India Gate masjid called for permission of salaat for all masajids under
ASI and observing sensitivity in handling security check citing on how he was personally stopped for
checking at India Gate. Mowlana Kalbe Jawad called for rehabilitation of those who are charged on
suspicion while no evidence is found. He called for giving punishment to officials who charge people
without having any evidence while those committing crimes remain at large. Honorable Home Minister
thanked Dr.M.J.Khan for coordinating the entire process. 7 lakh masajids,imam bargahs and khanqahs
would be denouncing the AB Baghdadi in Juma Khutbaa.
