1. Dear parents and carers
Rosendale and Christ Church now have a website which will allow you to view your
child’s report on line.
Your child’s report will be uploaded onto the website for you to view from home in
preparation for parent’s evening. Teachers will report to parents in this way three
times a year. This will serve to keep you informed of your child’s progress throughout
the year.
As from Monday, you will be able to view your child’s report. Before you are able to
do this, you will need to register onto the website.
Please follow the following steps to gain access to your child’s report, from
Monday 14th March there will be additional guidance for parents on the website
to guide them through this process.

2. You must click on the register here button.

2. 3. This will take you through to a screen where you will be asked to sign in with a
Google account. If you have not got a Google account, you must create one.
Click here to create a Google Account.
4. When you have created your Google account it is important that you follow the link
to activate it.
5. When you have signed in to the website with your Google account you will be
asked your first name, last name and child’s class. You can find your child’s class by
using the drop down menu.
6. You will then be asked to register on the site, and to submit a code.
That is all you need to do for the moment.
7. When you register this will trigger an email to be sent to the teacher’s email. In the
email there will be a code that you will need in order to complete the process.

3. 8. Teachers have been given a pro forma to record your code on. This can be given
to you when you next see the teacher.
9. The next time you sign in to the website your code will give you access and you will
be able to view your child’s report. If you have more than one child, you will still only
need one code to view all reports.
10. You will be able to type in your code on this page, please note that the code
should be typed in capital letters. Then click submit.
Additional information
On Tuesday 22nd March between 4.00 – 5.30 there will be an opportunity for parents
of Key Stage 1 children to register at school if they wish.
On Wednesday 23rd March between 4.00 – 5.30 there will be an opportunity for
parents of Key Stage 2 children to register at school if they wish.
In these sessions there will be support with setting up a Google account as well as
registering with the class teacher.
In future, there will be workshops available to parents who do not have internet access
at home, so that they can view the online report before parent’s evening.
