As I watched the episodes of Sara, I saw the different scenarios and how she would handle each. In my opinion, I believe Sara shows emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is when the individual is able to perceive, express, and understand people's emotions (Bru-Luna et al., 2021). All healthcare providers are always under pressure with all of the different scenarios they go through in order to provide the proper patient care. Sara would always try her best to help all of her team members to provide the best care to the patients. After watching the last episode, I know for a fact that she will not treat anyone differently if they were of the other sex or if they belonged to a different ethnic group. She has been treating all employees equally. Sara also shows organizational justice because values and respect are important to her as a leader. The opinions of the employees also matter, and when there is a change within the facility Sara is always there for her team members (Leadershipahoy, 2020). Sara has shown different leadership qualities which are important in order for your team to run smoothly. Reference: Bru-Luna, L. M., Martí-Vilar, M., Merino-Soto, C., & Cervera-Santiago, J. L.
