Renewal Of Contract
I, Roselind Leong Kar Mei would like to renew my Fixed Term Employment Contract for
the position of Porter I with the Hospital ,as the previous contract would
be then terminated by the end of this month which is 31 Mac 2012.
2. Being only a part time worker here awaiting my college and university
confirmation ,mean time ,I would like to continue serving the Hospital till the end of June
2012.After that I would then end my working service with the Hospital and move on to my
studies.
3. I sincerely hope that my requirement would be accepted by the Hospital .
