FFA Chapters will have the option to pre-register or register onsite for the 86th
State FFA
Convention which will be held June 9-11, 2015, at the Lexington Center in Lexington.
The enclosed registration form should be filled out and mailed to arrive in our office no later
than May 15, 2015.
Please note that the registration fee of $25.00 must be paid for all FFA members and advisors
attending the convention. Special guests, such as parents, school administrators, etc., do not
pay the registration fee. Please include a check or money order for the total amount with the
registration form. Checks should be payable to KENTUCKY ASSOICATION FFA.
There will be a Thursday only registration for State FFA Degrees candidates. The cost will be
$10.00. State Degree Candidates are expected to register.
Registration for Middle School FFA members for Monday, June 8th
and Tuesday, June 9th
will be
$10. Middle School students remaining at the Convention after Tuesday, June 9th
are expected
to pay full Convention Registration.
Please, be aware that whether or not you pre-register for the convention, you can still register
additional people on site, as in previous years.

2. Requests for refunds must be submitted by May 25th
. Refunds will not be processed until after
the Convention.
You are not required to list the names of FFA members on the pre-registration form. We will
e-mail you a “pre-paid convention registration list” which should be completed and brought to
the convention registration desk when you arrive at the Convention.
In all cases (pre-registered or on-site registered) an FFA advisor will need to pick up the chapter
packet with delegate badges, etc., at the Convention Registration Desk. The Registration Desk
will be located in the Bluegrass Pre-Function Area, Level 3 of the Lexington Center. Registration
will be open on Monday 2:00-4:00 p.m. and on Tuesday 8:30-3:30 p.m. We ask that one
advisor handle the registration process for all members/advisors attending from their chapter.
Due to security regulations at the Lexington Center, all guests will be required to register for
the Convention. Guests may simply come by the registration desk in the Bluegrass Pre-
Function Area and complete a guest registration card. They will be given a guest badge which
will permit them entry into all sessions and events.
