EDTC 615 Reflections Presentation

2.  The most powerful part of the team
experience was the collaboration. Our group
members worked together, combining our
talents and knowledge, to share ideas and
create a very good project.

3.  My weakest moment involved data analysis. I
feel that I need more practice with analyzing
data, however, there were members in my
group who helped me with that.

4.  My biggest challenge during the process was
responding to discussion postings in a timely
fashion. At times I wasn’t aware that my
group members had posted comments
because I didn’t check in often enough. Next
time I can make it a point to check in daily
and eliminate this challenge.

5.  This Phase II team process assignment guided
my group members and myself through the
steps of designing an initiative for student
improvement. We analyzed data, created an
initiative and came up with a plan for
implementation. I now know how schools
carry out similar processes when using data
to drive instruction.

6.  I think that the project is well planned. I
don’t have any suggestions for improvement.
