Decker Kevwitch completed a challenging summer internship program and finished in the top 10% in all measurable categories including sales, communication, customer service, time management, and leadership development. He quickly became a leader and source of knowledge for other interns. Decker enhanced skills developed in college by conducting 20-40 sales conversations daily, ensuring customers were knowledgeable about products and services, and providing excellent customer service. Over the summer, Decker gained emotional intelligence and the ability to control his emotions and identify excuses. The supervisor believes great things are ahead for Decker and that he epitomized what the program looks for in interns.
