I have known Mr Vedastut Sawant since 2012, since he has been working as a 'Software Engineer' for our company, "Mastek
Ltd." Vedastut was asked to work on a project, which provides Morrisons (UK based Retail Giant) with Data warehouse
implementations and also provides software implementation for DSS(Business Intelligence Decision systems), which will enable
the client to manage its historical business data as well as store new data regarding various business transactions and also help
derive important business insights. He has interacted with me regularly as I am the Senior Test Manager for Morrisons
Programme as well as other Programs for the UK Geo.
Vedastut is working on technologies and tools such as Oracle SQLDeveloper, ORACLEData Integrator (ODI), OBIEEAdministrator
and HP Quality Centre for the last two years. He has since, gained a firm understanding of data warehouse design analysis
pertaining to specific releases, and has worked on ER 14 and ER 9 modules. He has played a key role in identifying many
functional and design related defects in ER9 and ER 14 and has always been an asset to the team. His work ethics won him
recognition with the "Stellar award" at the geo level for his work in ER14 and ER-9 Release for 2013 and also for 2~14. His work
profile includes the testing of the various software packages created, verifying and validating them as per design requirements.
Vedastut is part of the team that provides the design related defect analysis to help mitigate the flaws in the newly developed

Design and Testing methodologies. He has gained good knowledge of working with Programming Languages such as Oracle llg,
PI-SQLprogramming, OBIEE, MS SQI-Server.
Vedastut is an excellent team player and is able to work not only as a vital part of teams, but also to effectively lead them when
the situation demands. Vedastut is a great motivator, which is the reason for his success in teamwork. This particular asset has
helped his to become a good project leader for his small team. I must say that the projects that he works on are not at all easy
and one requires a thirst for knowledge and hard work to become well conversant with that. This entire process required a lot of
patience and since Vedastut has all these qualities, he grasped it very well in comparatively short period.
I have found Vedastut to be a very intelligent, dedicated and responsible individual. In addition, I have personally evaluated his
transcripts from his undergraduate engineering training program and have found his grades to be among the top of his class. I
have noticed that he has developed excellent interpersonal communication skills during his tenure in our company. I have also
