SAP SD Consultant
I have been trained extensively on SAP - SD ( module ) , during my induction in the company . I successfully completed
the training with an aggregate of 79% . Thereafter i started working in a project for a major agribusiness Multinational
Company based in the US , doing business worldwide . Part of my role in the project involved solving incidents assigned
to me , performing Root Cause Analysis of the incidents . Working on several Problem based incidents . Communicating
with the users directly to have a better understanding of the problem that the user faced and solving the incidents as per
Service Level Agreement ( SLA ) . While working on this project i got a hands on experience with SAP with through
understanding of some critical incidents that users faced and their remedy . Currently i am working in a project for a
major petroleum company based in Australia . Part of my role in this project involves both support and development
responsibilities . I have to work on incidents as well as implement changes requested by clients for every release and
perform testing as well to determine that the PRD System is working fine after implementing the changes in the
Production . My responsibilities further includes preparing End to End test scripts for certain scenarios in the business
process and also executing them , to verify that the system is functioning properly in Consolidation environment before
deploying the changes to production . During my tenure in this project i have developed deep understanding of the
business process .

based in Australia .
I have worked on two major projects at Accenture one Agribusiness industry and another petroleum industry in the SAP
technology Domain .
