In my association with ACC, I have always been a good team player, supervised and have lead manpower of
around 11-15 people in various plant operation activities. I have also been involved in monitoring plant
performance and optimizing key performance indicators, root cause analysis & analyzing data for monitoring
equipment performance & process variations, making plant process flow diagrams. We as a team also work
on various excel tools & calculation sheets on predictive & risk analysis of process modifications. I have
always been associated with process analysis and have developed good understanding of the same adding
to all this being an engineer with a good command over process analytical & communication skills, I wish to
grow & achieve excellence in every field with Ultratech Cement.
