Tricia is not only a person of integrity but also an outstanding leader. We worked together at
Halliburton from 2011 to 2016, both in the Production Solutions Product Service Line as well as on
the Halliburton and Baker Hughes Integration Team. She worked directly for me as the Production
Solutions Product Service Line Coordinator from 2013 to 2015.
Tricia possesses significant knowledge of the Halliburton organization and processes. She has a
remarkable network that has been built on the trust and respect she has gained throughout her
twenty five years of service in the company. She is considered a subject matter expert in her area of
expertise and has proven instrumental in her various roles.
While working with Tricia, I often noticed that she would undertake projects to improve the
organization that were outside the scope of her job responsibilities. One such project was the clean-
up effort of equipment and asset records of the RMS sub-PSL. The results of this initiative
tremendously impacted that organizations ability to quickly deploy equipment in emergency
situations.
Tricia’s business knowledge, work ethic and leadership skills provide her the ability to be successful
in any role in any organization. She is energetic, accurate, fair minded, dependable, and mostly
