Mohamed is currently Patient Financial Counselor with the Authorization Unit reporting through Revenue Cycle
Division. As such, his duties include verification of funding resources for elective or emergent cases. He often
negotiates with payers or philanthropic organizations to secure funding for patients. He also identifies patients that
meet eligibility criteria for the financial assistance program.
Mohamed is always willing to take on new projects and enjoys leveraging his skills innovatively. His follow up and
follow through is timely and complete. Mohammed fulfills his duties with compassion, always remembering to treat
the patients and their families with dignity and respect. He is a credit to this organization and to any organization
