Tran Thien Lam worked for EA|GA between 2009 and 2011 in the capacity of
business development. During his tenure with EA|GA his responsibilities included
developing and evaluating projects and opportunities that might prove of value to our
firm ranging in direct investments to consulting venues. The tasks on these various
venues included analyzing the opportunity, both financial and risk, structuring the
involvement of EA|GA, managing the client account, translation services both with
documents and meetings as well as furnishing us with political correctness advice in
development of the account.
Tran Thien Lam brought to our organization a discipline coupled with a hunger to
succeed that remains unmatched in all of the employees I have worked with in
Vietnam. His approach to business, attitude and interpersonal skills are a beacon for
the younger generation in Vietnam to strive for.
I am proud to have had the privilege to work with him and assist him in his growth
