22. Limitations & Considerations
โข Power โ 480v 3 ph connection. 45 kW at startup, drops to 10-15 kW after warmup. Higher O2 lowers power
consumption.
โข System is designed to heat gas, not boil oil.
โข Flow at inlet needs to be in vapor phase, so proximity to VRU discharge and/or inlet scrubber is required.
โข H2S can foul catalyst.
โข Iron sponge (i.e. H2SZero) or Triazene liquid scavengers work well. Liquids need to be removed prior to our unit.
