1: Go to RecruitEm’s site here RecruitEM
2: Click on the tab where you can to search
profiles (Here, I made search in LinkedIn)
3: Put the Job title you are looking out for
4: Click, “Find your people on LinkedIn.”

12. Once you installed the AIRS Resume search
apps, it will appear in your apps section

1. Once you clicked on the app, a separate
window will be popped up.
2. In the search section, enter the required skill
and it would pull out resumes (results) from
LinkedIn, Indeed, Resumes (in pdf, .doc, blogs,
etc)
