1. RECOMMENDATION LETTER Paris - November 2015
Aman Bhullar was employed by Dassault Systemes for a period of six months, as Business
Development Coordinator. I was her supervisor during that period of her mission.
During the time that Aman Bhullar reported to me, I found her to be efficient and helpful. I could
count in many occasions on Aman to actively help within complex situations.
While Aman was working at Dassault Systemes, she understood quickly a new sales complex
environment as well as the technical dimensions of our business structure. She has good foundation for
business development skills especially for long-term missions that require clients' relationships. Both
management and fellow employees have commented on how the market research successfully
accomplished by her has made it easier to characterized new market for our business development.
She worked in matrix mode with all the teams in our industry involved in sales activities and assisted
in business development management related information.
I discovered her for more than two years now. I was her professor for competitive intelligence at
Skema Business School, during her masters, where I first came to recognize strong dedication for her
work. She was among the top five students who scored maximum marks in my course.
I was also her supervisor for her thesis for her Masters in Skema Business School. She successfully did
her thesis on “What are the different constraints in the drug development for the early phase of
Alzheimer’s disease?” and came out with useful and interesting study and results.
She is also good in team work and organization with her effective, efficient communication skills and
a sense for taking good initiatives. Last but not the least, she possesses certified project management
and business development skills.
Aman would be a valuable addition to any company she chooses to join, and I have no hesitation in
recommending her as strong potential.
