Re: Recommendation for Dharmisha Doshi
Dear Sir or Madam:
It is with pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Dharmisha Doshi. Dharmisha worked
with us to design, develop and deliver a global sales forecasting system for a major worldwide
manufacturer.
Our project called for the creation of a new application, implementing technology and software that
had not been used within our company to date. Complicating matters, our business customers and
development resources spanned multiple continents. From the beginning, Dharmisha was involved
in the design and development of the system. She was particularly involved in the metadata
definition and dimensionality activities. Dharmisha was instrumental in resolving design problems
and helped lead the development team through these activities.
Throughout the project she continued to expand her role including leadership responsibilities. As
new resources were added to the team Dharmisha took it upon herself to educate them on the
project development to date and expand their training to meet the needs of the project. This was
invaluable to the team as resources turned over during the nearly three year project. Dharmisha
continually exceeded our expectations for someone in her position. She has consistently displayed
a remarkable ability to cope in high stress situations effectively and to help others as well.
While we were disappointed to lose her, the entire team was happy with her decision to continue her
education. I know that this move was important to her for both her personal and professional
growth. I give you my highest recommendation with confidence that Dharmisha Doshi will use her
experience and abilities to serve you well.
