Restoring 2 production environments,with critical businessapplications, foroneof ourmostimportant
clients. Even though theenvironmentsarenotsupported by ourteamand Nikolay'shelp wasrequested
explicitly, he reacted immediately and was working uninterruptedly thewholeday untilhe restored both
application environments.In addition he: - fixed several critical configuration issues,which hediscovered
during the investigation - trained the supporting teamon changesand updatedtheirdocumentation Not
only did he mitigate potentialrisks,buthe also prevented futuredowntimes.Impactof theachievement
