Be the direction or the cash, but not both, when you do a deal with associates. No one but Bill Gates
has that available money. It might or might not seem like as was described in the listing.
If you're new to real estate investing, you're probably looking for "good deals". But has anyone told
you where to find them? If you belong to a local real estate investment club, you're probably hearing
story after story about the "good deals" that the seasoned investment pros find. But they never tell
you the details of exactly how they found the deal.
W - this final W brings the price negotiation full circle as the investor asks the problem question -
What is the least you will take if I can close in 10 days with cash and pay your closing costs?
Can you see the potential here? People are needed to facilitate the deals in this emerging market. A

wealthy is that they make decisions quickly. Thus, if you want to be wealthy, you've got to stop
thinking about whether or not you can afford to go to the seminar or boot camp that they are selling
and you must go to the back of the room RIGHT NOW to buy their seminar or boot camp. Because
the wealthy jump on opportunities when they see them, right?
While investing you should also remember that patience is a virtue. It might take a while for the
planted seed to grow into a full-fledged tree. Never lose hope if this doesn't lead to anything. Start
with little investment. It is important if know the latest strategy in investment. It is useful to take
help from an expert initially because you will be confident after taking an expert's advice. Listen to
the advice of expert.
