  2. 2. 1. Iniative and perseverance Forget the word "tomorrow I start," if there is an idea you just need to take the first step. In addition to the initiative, keep in mind that the path of the entrepreneur is often lonely, so do not forget to add perseverance in your routine.
  3. 3. 2. Be prepared for the unexpected Surely you've heard a lot about the importance of the business plan. Indeed this document is one of the crucial points during the opening of an enterprise, but be ready to make unexpected decisions or to start over.
  4. 4. 3. Find allies Find allies to share in the experience, but do not let that decision be motivated only by financial needs. Often the experience that such an investor or partner can bring to your idea is more relevant than their purchasing power.
  5. 5. 4. Be a good leader The entrepreneur must work his leadership, to inspire and lead his team to improvement. A good leader knows the right time to criticize, and especially, recognizes the importance of listening to be heard.
  6. 6. 5. Learn every day The successful entrepreneur seeks new information and updates on a daily basis. Through courses, websites, newspapers or journals, the important thing is to find new ideas and take assertive decisions.
  7. 7. 6. Take one step at a time Everyone is in a hurry to reach their goals, but to build a business you need to learn to take it one step at a time. Every day new lessons will be learned and you'll understand in time, that to keep alive the passion for your idea is what makes it worth the walk.
