Ribfest Coffee Sales
 What: Selling coffee and pastries during Ribfest weekend
**100% profit goes to our club**
 How much: $50 fee + supplies
 When: Thurs., July 18 – Sun., July 21
Shifts: 10 AM – 1 PM; 1 – 4 PM; 4 – 7 PM; 7 – 10 PM
 Who: 2 – 3 people per shift
 Next steps:
Sign up for shifts. Plan what/where to buy stuff. I.e. – Coffee,
tea, canisters, muffins, croissants, donuts, Danishes, cups,
sugar, milk, cream, other…?? Set prices.

 What?
 Lighting up the Living Arts Centre during the holidays
 Why?
 Potential to raise up to $10,000
 How?
 Companies sponsor a tree and that we light up and hang a plaque for
approx. 8 weeks
 There are 13 indoor trees and a handful of outdoor trees to be placed
around the Living Arts Centre
 When?
 Sponsorship: get corporate sponsors – NOW
 Set up: light all the trees in late November – need a team of 20-30
 Reception: for the sponsors around the holidays in December
 Take down: in mid-January
