Memories in the Making is a FREE signature art program by the Alzheimer’s
Association. It provides people living with early stage Alzheimer’s and
Dementia with a forum to express themselves through watercolor painting
and drawing. No art experience is needed to attend, but space is limited!

Memories in the Making is led by a trained artist who opens up a world of art
in a safe place to reminisce, create and relax. Because there are no mistakes
in art, creativity and fun are the primary focus. Caregivers are welcome to
attend and participate. This is the first time that Memories in the Making has
been offered in Viera. Market Street, a Memory Care residence under
construction on Murrell Road in Viera, brings a unique approach to memory
care. Our residents continue to enjoy diverse lifestyle choices including
cultural arts, multi-sensory programming, extraordinary culinary
experiences, musical performances and world-class care. With our
commitment to green initiatives and local partnerships, Market Street is
vested in creating a common unity to improve the life of all Viera residents.
