Asian paints (s.w.o.t)
Asian Paints is India's largest and Asia's third largest paint company. It has a turnover of Rs. 54.63 billion and operates in 20 countries with 28 manufacturing facilities worldwide. The SWOT analysis identifies Asian Paints' strengths as having a 54% market share in India, best working capital management, and a good operating and distribution network with 3000 dealers. Weaknesses include competition from other companies and higher prices. Opportunities exist in increasing market share in industrial coatings and the road sector. Threats are rising oil prices, weak monsoons, a weakening rupee, and changing consumer preferences.
Allowance and their taxability

Internal controls
Internal controls are policies and procedures put in place by a company to help ensure accuracy and transparency. They include having financial plans, competent staff, dividing duties, oversight of record keeping, and supervision and review. Internal controls provide advantages like time savings, flexibility, catching errors and defects, and maintaining proper records and policies, though they also have disadvantages such as human error, costs, time needed for implementation, and potential for abuse of responsibilities.
