• REGULATION ( E) , REGULATION ( C) REGULATION ( CC)
• Monitor systems to detect possible fraudulent behavior related to card usage and
contact card holders to investigate possible fraud.
• Monitors, verifies, and edits data during input process.
• Variety of data entry, verification and related duties for processing of disputes, fraud,
chargeback, exceptions and/or other associated transactions.
• Request for the sales draft
• Check the history of the customer
• Visa and master card rules and regulation
• Chargeback threshold , time frame
• Send letter to the customer regarding his claim or update to the customer through letter
• Create claim for all disputed transaction behalf of the customer escalation
