Welcome
We have a new name for our Saturday session.
Let’s see if it’s what you chose?
R2 Give & Get
PacRimers Guide
Now,
do you remember your homework from the session?

                           No?
                        Really?

                     That’s fine.
                   (We kind of expected that.)

It seems like... we should do something with 360 report…
                    ? ? ? ? Right? ? ? ?
     Let’s refresh and get started!
Make a List
We are going to make a list of 4 behaviors that we can improve and get
better score in our next 360 degree assessment.

Yes, 4 behaviors will be selected from your 360 degree
report.

No, you CAN’T COPY from the report…. (-_- )

So…. How?
Go to the next page and see how.
Getting Started
1. CHECK 360 degree report

2. SELECT a behavior you want to improve (recommend the lowest one) in
    each value

3. DEFINE behaviors that will help you improve the scores,
    discuss with your team leader

4. ALIGN the behaviors to your team and company WIGs (Result)

5. PERFORM and achieve your goals
When you finish these 5 steps, you will have

      B1 B2 B3 B4 = 4 Behaviors = 1 List
Modeling Integrity Passion for Excellence Inspiring Teamwork Enjoying Renewal

*For newcomer who doesn’t have 360 report, please read on and talk to your boss later.
1. CHECK 360 degree report
In your report you will find table for each value.
The sample below is Passion For Excellence.
2. SELECT a topic with lowest score
               in each value

                                   See Average
                                      Score

   The behavior you
    should work on Lowest one
                                 is here
3. DEFINE behaviors that will help you improve
the scores with your team leader

For example, in Passion for Excellence you chose
“We persevere and execute with discipline.”,
DO NOT write “We persevere and execute with discipline.” as your . B2
                                                                      Passion for Excellence

Instead, translate the behavior into your own words
that define and suit your unique works and responsibilities.

It could be something like; What to do

“I’m going to do a weekly plan and will spend 10 minutes on Sunday afternoon
to plan my next week to improve my B2 score from 8.2
to 8.5 by December 2013.”
                                                                          X
        Y When

Discuss with team leader to find the best X and Y for you.
4. ALIGN the behaviors to your
                       team and company WIGs
Simply check if the behaviors align with your team WIGs.
Have a discussion with your team leader.

                                                                  B1
                                                            Modeling Integrity

                                                                  B2

Company WIGs Team Passion for Excellence

                                       WIGs
                                                                  B3
                                                            Inspiring Teamwork

                                                                 B4

                                                           Enjoying Renewal
5. PERFORM and achieve your goals

Keep commitments.
Keep tracking your progress.

If there is any update like…
 Set agreed behaviors
 Start doing (In Progress)
 Achieved
Don’t forget to ask team leader to update
your scoreboard.
Getting Started
1. CHECK 360 degree report

2. SELECT a behavior you want to improve (recommend the lowest one) in
    each value
