This document contains questionnaires for teachers, parents of nursery school children, and parents of primary and junior secondary school students regarding a Comenius project on music. The questionnaires ask if the project helped reach its aims, improve knowledge, and provide opportunities for international collaboration and cultural exchange for students. Parents are also asked if the international experience benefited their children.
