2. Age In our thriller the age group varies, the victims are always young (around 4-6 year olds) and the villain in our film is a teenager at around 14 years of age. From looking at other thrillers in my film analysis not many of the films consisted of teenagers with psychological problems except for “The Butterfly Effect” In this film the psychological problems begin from an early age of around 10 all the way to late teens/young adult. In all the other thrillers it’s usually adults who are the main characters for example in Secret Window, or Psycho. In our film the onscreen social group are teenagers who are 14-15 years of age.
