United WithinIf Queen Elizabeth I was alive today, I would give her this Uniting Within Award because she she united the 2 religious communities (Roman Catholic and Protestant) and brought peace to her kingdom. The bridge represents the uniting of the 2 communities together. The yellow represents how wise Elizabeth was and red represents how courageous she was during her time of reign. United Within
Two Half’s make a WholeI chose this couch design because one of Elizabeth’s greatest achievement's is when she united the two Christian community’s together. Elizabeth strived to get the two community’s united without war, instead living in peace. Each color represents one of the two community’s where when they are separate they are half, but when they are together they make a whole.
