Section A
Q1. While designing the electrical layout for interiors of an office what are the factors do we
consider while designing it.
Q2. Discuss in detail the design process involved in a Interior design project.
Q3. Discuss any 4 materials with reason which can be used for the interiors of a 5 star
leisure lounge area.
Q4. Describe in your own words, the goals to be achieved in the Interior design of any space.
Q5. “Furniture design affect an interior space.” Explain the statement suitable example.
Section B
Q6. What is Additive and Subtractive colour theory?
Q7. What is a track lighting? Sketch out a proper detail to show its fixing.
Q8. Write short notes with examples and sketches:
a) Cove light
b) Task lighting
Q9. What do you understand by colour schemes? How does the use of color play its role in the
design of interior spaces.

2. Section C
Q10. Design the interiors of a CEO of a MNC company (Only the sitting space) having a
rectangular internal dimensions of 5 X 6 M. It has a view of conference room and
workstation on the shorter and longer length respectively.Floor to floor height is 4 Mts.
Assume any other data missing.
Explain your concept with proper sketch/ text or both.
Design Constraints:Ceiling can only be of any material along with centralised HVACsystemis to be
incorporated. Flooring shallbein a combination of 2 stonetextures.
