PROVIDING THE SERVICE:
GSA = General Sales Agent.
An airline GSA is a third party - usually a travel agent - that provides marketing and sales
services to an airline under the airline's brand, usually in countries where the airline does
not have service to (or has very limited service to.
The GSA brings a local infrastructure, market knowledge and sales processes and is able to
provide sales and marketing assistance to an airline without the airline having to incur the
expense to build up their own staff in the country.
Consider a GSA outsourced sales & marketing assistance.
But we QC Aviation do differ with the basic idea since we would like to add our tailor made
touch of excellence service and care both on and off flyers who will take our service. Our
service will start before they even wish to fly with us. Channeling their interest towards
flying with us, attracting them with the unique packaged service provocation, providing
best value for what they are paying will be our motto. In this case we do differ with the
other GSA service providers and hence chosen your airlines as our proposed partner for
starting of our forthcoming GSA Service.
In later part a detailed intention about starting a GSA service taking you as our valued
partner will be narrated.

chosen strategically two international airport basically Dhaka and Chittagong for their on

In Chittagong and Dhaka we have our own offices located in the business hubs and most
prestigious area. Infrastructure to handle all the conducts of GSA are already in place with

At any given time QC Aviation has the distinct Competency to start the flight operation of
the Bangkok Air within 30 days or less period of time.
Presently the clear scenario reflects that Bangkok Air will face stiff competition from other
airlines if it is operated from Dhaka Airport, although we do have already developed all the
necessary infrastructure and supporting service to operate from Dhaka.
Whereas if operated from Chittagong Airport any Airways will have share of an untapped
market which has been neglected and never looked after by major airlines. The question
might arise why from Chittagong? As Chittagong is the main business hub of Bangladesh
most of the business passengers are from Chittagong who visit on route to Bangkok
towards other major Asian , Middle eastern destination like Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia,
Korea, Taiwan, Myanmar, China , Japan, UAE, Oman, Kuwait, UK, USA and also to Australia.
There are a few categories of passengers who go to Thailand/Singapore or on route to
Bangkok for their next destination and they are,
• Tourist and vacationer of Middle class and high middle class on package holiday or
just for vacation all the year round
• Passengers for health service and treatment to Thailand, India and Singapore at
different hospital
• Students who are studying in Bangkok , Malaysia, China, Korea, UK, USA, Australia
and also students of Maldives , Middle East and Sri Lanka who are studying in
Bangladesh
• Business Travelers who goes to South east Asia, UK, Europe, Middle East and USA
for different business and trade purpose specially to buy RMG , Motor parts,
Electronics, Computer, IT services, Packaging Materials
• Business Travelers specially on route to China, Korea, Taiwan , Japan and Australia
• As Chittagong has the largest Export Processing Zone I Bangladesh and more than
3500+ foreign workers and their family are working in the EPZ as resource person
mostly from Thailand, Taiwan, Korea and Japan. And if a direct flight service is
resumed from Chittagong their regular becomes less hassle free
• There are 140 Fish Hatcheries in Cox’s Bazaar nearby town of Chittagong where
most of the technicians are from Thailand and Phillipine; if a flight is resumed from
Chittagong it will become continent for them to fly home and back to Job.
• RMG Buying agent located in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Australia
regularly takes transit in Bangkok on their route to Bangladesh specially in Dhaka
and Chittagong
We have prepared ourselves with the view above point to operate your airlines primarily
from Chittagong also keeping the option open to operate simultaneously from Sylhet and
Dhaka. In this case, the passenger from Dhaka that we are interested to tap into will be first
redirected to Chittagong via as per buyers preference in via air, by road or by railway. We
have already ongoing negotiation and mutually agreed with local airways Regent, United,
Royal Bangla to carry the passengers to Chittagong Airport, or passengers according to
their taste can choose Luxury Mercedes Benz 27 seated VIP Limousine AC Bus via road or
by AC Chair coach in Bangladesh railway. We have already deal putted up on the table to
Luxury Coach Service providers who operates a fleet of 300 Mercedes Benz, Volvo, Scania
Bus in Bangladesh and also with Bangladesh Railway to passenger haulage.
Mainly passengers most in this case will prefer to fly from Chittagong as the ticket price of
Chittagong to other destination will be cheaper by USD 100 and carrying them back and
forth via bus or train will cost around USD 30 with refreshments, where all they have to
endure is 6+6 hrs travel time via road or train from Dhaka to Chittagong and Chittagong to
Dhaka.
In past Royal Thai airways has identified all these factors and operating 4 flights weekly
from Chittagong with full passenger occupancy in each flight. They had the intention take
the Chittagong Airport in Ground Lease to make it another route transit hub for their Asia
to Europe and America onwards route expansion. But due to political unrest in Bangladesh
at 2007 and for Army Government they scrapped the deal with fear that any political
government will cancel the deal as election is forthcoming that Time and was forced by the
that time Bangladeshi Army Government to close the deal.
Since your airways has already strong foothold in Middle east, Asia Minor , Europe and
planning for expansion we can easily make Chittagong your Transit hub for future
operation.
A recent multi nation agreement on transit by Asian highway has been done by this
Bangladesh and Chittagong sea port will be act as the main transit hub sea port for
countries like Myanmar, South Western Part of India, Nepal, Bhutan and China. After the
Transit begins in January 2011 onwards the frequency of ships in sea port will increase and
a great number of sailors will have a option t fly from Chittagong to their home country via
Bangkok Airways.
After the road linkage the people of South Western India adjacent to Chittagong vision,
Bhutan and Nepal can be channeled to travel via roadway towards Chittagong and take
onwards flight via Bangkok airways.
We have several office space in prime locations of all the major cities of Bangladesh.
We are also planning to provide fully AC Shuttle Bus service from our Sales outlet to
Airport in Dhaka and Chittagong as both the airport is far away from city and this will help
both incoming and outgoing passengers to commute in the city with ease and comfort.
Also to consider the travel market we would be very pleased to offer your airways and
alliances travel, tour, health tourism packages for the local consumer of Bangladesh
To us service comes first and if customer satisfaction is achieved with tailor made service
augmented facility the sales will rapidly increase. The marketing policy will strictly revolve
around service and customer satisfaction with unique pricing strategy of your airlines. As
per Bangladesh Culture guest and travelers are treated as “Mezbaan” which means some
one valuable by serving whom you can come close to heaven. And each and every flyer will
be treated as same manner in our GSA.
To increase the sales we have full cooperation with ATAB Travel Agents of Bangladesh
Agency and they have confirmed us to provide sales of tickets through their members all
over Bangladesh.
For sales and customer compliance along with CRM a dedicated call center will be
established. The travel Agents will book the tickets via online page of Airways Bangladesh
website and they will be provided a coupon number. After receipt of that coupon number
they will call center of our GSA’s dedicated call ck0enter and confirm the reservation by
providing coupon number and Issue the Ticket to Customer. Moreover the customer can
directly book the ticket from online and after receiving the coupon number within next 12
hrs they have to pay the amount to nearest nominated air Travel Agent or sales outlet with
the coupon number and get the ticket. Another option of ticketing is currently under
development by one of our Parent Company QC Groups IT Division is by Via SMS. The client
will refill their mobile account with “Mobi Taka” the e-cash approved by Bangladesh
government and send and sms to our CRM after receipt of payment by e-cash in return sms
the client will receive a coupon number with which he will be able to log into the Bangkok
Airways webpage and print his e Ticket with Barcode directly.
We have arranged for payment with the major foreign banks operating in Bangladesh like
HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank in accordance with Bangladesh Foreign Financial
Transaction policy and Banking law to pay your Airways in every alternate day or in every
Week. After signing of GS Agreement the papers to pave necessary money transfer through
banking channel will be done after payment of local taxes in Bangladesh.
Already to establish and create market for your Airways necessary advertisement and
marketing plan has been under ways and negotiation with print and tele media has been
done. An efficient sales force of marketers will handle the prospective corporate sales.
Since our parent group is in the market for more than 75 years as a leading conglomerate
with corporate reach to many institutions, we will use that reach with our efficient
marketers to establish sales chain for corporate bodies I Bangladesh.
Relative accommodation service for passengers and crews in case of any uneven situation
or delay in flight has been taken consideration also. For that several three and four star
hotels are taken under contract to receive crews and passengers at any given time in Dhaka
and Chittagong.
QC Aviation’s at present taken every possible steps and considered every loophole in the
market to establish Bangkok Airways as potential airlines in Bangladesh. Now we are
awaiting for your decision to start our GSA Service for you. We have clearly shown our
strength in operating from both Dhaka and Chittagong airport. But from business point of
view we the lucrative profitable market is operating from Chittagong with weekly 8/10
flights from Dhaka, in which we will be able to get the fruit of both ends.

Whereas if operated from Chittagong Airport any Airways will have share of an untapped market which has been neglected and never looked after by major airlines. The question might arise why from Chittagong? As Chittagong is the main business hub of Bangladesh most of the business passengers are from Chittagong who visit on route to Bangkok towards other major Asian , Middle eastern destination like Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, Taiwan, Myanmar, China , Japan, UAE, Oman, Kuwait, UK, USA and also to Australia. There are a few categories of passengers who go to Thailand/Singapore or on route to Bangkok for their next destination and they are, • Tourist and vacationer of Middle class and high middle class on package holiday or just for vacation all the year round • Passengers for health service and treatment to Thailand, India and Singapore at different hospital • Students who are studying in Bangkok , Malaysia, China, Korea, UK, USA, Australia and also students of Maldives , Middle East and Sri Lanka who are studying in Bangladesh • Business Travelers who goes to South east Asia, UK, Europe, Middle East and USA for different business and trade purpose specially to buy RMG , Motor parts, Electronics, Computer, IT services, Packaging Materials • Business Travelers specially on route to China, Korea, Taiwan , Japan and Australia • As Chittagong has the largest Export Processing Zone I Bangladesh and more than 3500+ foreign workers and their family are working in the EPZ as resource person mostly from Thailand, Taiwan, Korea and Japan. And if a direct flight service is resumed from Chittagong their regular becomes less hassle free • There are 140 Fish Hatcheries in Cox’s Bazaar nearby town of Chittagong where most of the technicians are from Thailand and Phillipine; if a flight is resumed from Chittagong it will become continent for them to fly home and back to Job. • RMG Buying agent located in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Australia regularly takes transit in Bangkok on their route to Bangladesh specially in Dhaka and Chittagong We have prepared ourselves with the view above point to operate your airlines primarily from Chittagong also keeping the option open to operate simultaneously from Sylhet and Dhaka. In this case, the passenger from Dhaka that we are interested to tap into will be first

redirected to Chittagongvia as per buyers preference in via air, by road or by railway. We have already ongoing negotiation and mutually agreed with local airways Regent, United, Royal Bangla to carry the passengers to Chittagong Airport, or passengers according to their taste can choose Luxury Mercedes Benz 27 seated VIP Limousine AC Bus via road or by AC Chair coach in Bangladesh railway. We have already deal putted up on the table to Luxury Coach Service providers who operates a fleet of 300 Mercedes Benz, Volvo, Scania Bus in Bangladesh and also with Bangladesh Railway to passenger haulage. Mainly passengers most in this case will prefer to fly from Chittagong as the ticket price of Chittagong to other destination will be cheaper by USD 100 and carrying them back and forth via bus or train will cost around USD 30 with refreshments, where all they have to endure is 6+6 hrs travel time via road or train from Dhaka to Chittagong and Chittagong to Dhaka. In past Royal Thai airways has identified all these factors and operating 4 flights weekly from Chittagong with full passenger occupancy in each flight. They had the intention take the Chittagong Airport in Ground Lease to make it another route transit hub for their Asia to Europe and America onwards route expansion. But due to political unrest in Bangladesh at 2007 and for Army Government they scrapped the deal with fear that any political government will cancel the deal as election is forthcoming that Time and was forced by the that time Bangladeshi Army Government to close the deal. Since your airways has already strong foothold in Middle east, Asia Minor , Europe and planning for expansion we can easily make Chittagong your Transit hub for future operation. A recent multi nation agreement on transit by Asian highway has been done by this Bangladesh and Chittagong sea port will be act as the main transit hub sea port for countries like Myanmar, South Western Part of India, Nepal, Bhutan and China. After the Transit begins in January 2011 onwards the frequency of ships in sea port will increase and a great number of sailors will have a option t fly from Chittagong to their home country via Bangkok Airways. After the road linkage the people of South Western India adjacent to Chittagong vision, Bhutan and Nepal can be channeled to travel via roadway towards Chittagong and take onwards flight via Bangkok airways. We have several office space in prime locations of all the major cities of Bangladesh.

Since our parentgroup is in the market for more than 75 years as a leading conglomerate with corporate reach to many institutions, we will use that reach with our efficient marketers to establish sales chain for corporate bodies I Bangladesh. Relative accommodation service for passengers and crews in case of any uneven situation or delay in flight has been taken consideration also. For that several three and four star hotels are taken under contract to receive crews and passengers at any given time in Dhaka and Chittagong. QC Aviation’s at present taken every possible steps and considered every loophole in the market to establish Bangkok Airways as potential airlines in Bangladesh. Now we are awaiting for your decision to start our GSA Service for you. We have clearly shown our strength in operating from both Dhaka and Chittagong airport. But from business point of view we the lucrative profitable market is operating from Chittagong with weekly 8/10 flights from Dhaka, in which we will be able to get the fruit of both ends.
