14. SELF-ASSESSMENT
Our Exhibition is a success for us because:
We can share information to our community that mental health is as important as physical health.
3 things we have learned
1. Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being.
2. Maintaining mental health by being open-minded, communicating, exercise, healthy food, doing
favorite activities, and relaxation.
3. People who experience mental health disorders are called mental illnesses.
What makes this experience meaningful
Mental health is as important as physical health. We shared with others as well as reflect on
ourselves, so we are aware of our wellbeing.
