This document discusses big data and the quantified society. It notes that big data involves large amounts of public and private data that is easily linked, collected, stored and analyzed in near real time. It can be applied to business and used by everyone. Ultimately, big data is about dramatically changing economic fundamentals by enabling better predictions, reducing organizational response times, and designing desired outcomes.

The four cofounders
1. Bridget Tran (MBA in Accounting)
2. Ashley Weinaug (BA in mass communications)
3. Jacob Spano (MBA in Business Management)
4. Randy Brightman (BA in Accounting)
3. Triumph Consulting would be pleased for the
opportunity to assist your business with any
current employee relations issues.
How a business reacts to conflicts within the
workplace helps determine its success and
tenure.
Today we are presenting a fully developed
strategic plan to transform your group of
employees into a highly
efficient, organized, and flexible team.
4. Let us begin with an overview of the beliefs
that our company upholds. With a team
consisting of four individuals, we all contribute
different qualities that enable Triumph
Consulting to see a different point of view on
each situation.
We pride ourselves in promoting equality in the
workplace, while striving for diversity. Our
company understands how difficult solving
problems in the workplace may be, so we are
here to provide answers through
counseling, hands on reenactments of different
situations that arise in the work field, and
strategic organizing.
5. There were sales incentives given to sales associates who sold a
vehicle at Saturn of Cape Coral, based on the amount of time the
vehicle was on the lot.
$150 for 3 months old, $300 for 6 months old, and $400 for 9
months or longer.
Vehicles were labeled with a colored sticker so sales associates
could quickly identify qualifying vehicles.
After the sale of a vehicle, a sticker was places on the contract
so the comptroller knew to add the bonus. The bonuses were to
be distributed at the end of the month.
Upon receiving the bonus checks, many associates realized that
they had been severely shorted on their bonuses.
There was a miscommunication between the managers and sales
associates.
6. Name 2 or more
reasons why the
conflict was able
to occur.
7. Ourfirst solution for strengthening
relationships in your company is out four-
step process, 4 Steps to Triumph.
EQUALITY
COMMUNICATION
HONESTY
LOYALTY
8. Equality is the first and most important step in this process
because without it, there is no foundation to build up
from.
Your company will display equality through the belief that
not one position is more important than the other.
Whether an employee is a sales associate or a manager, it
is important that rank and superiority does not interfere
with work. When equality is missing in the work
environment, it usually creates a negative atmosphere.
You want the environment of your company to be
comfortable and by establishing this expectation your
business will thrive.
9. Ifyou promote equality in your
business, then the second step of
Communication will rise easily and
comfortably, causing the company to work
smoothly.
Because of the established equality, you will
have created a comfortable environment for
all employees to express themselves and
announce any issues or concerns that may
arise.
10. The third step of Honesty is key to preventing chaos
within a company. Being truthful in who you are and
what you do will help further guide your company to
a pathway of success.
Our goal is to refresh your employees thought process
of who they are and what they do for your company
so that there is no confusion of what their duties are.
We emphasize equality, but we also dwell on
separation of duties. If you are honest with
yourself, then honesty will shine through within your
company and clients. This will eliminating chaos and
produce an organized and structured business.
11. Loyalty is the final step of the process.
Commitment within a company will make or
break a business.
If your employees demonstrate
loyalty, productivity will rise and your
company will thrive.
This technique will increase commitment and
devotion of your employees.
12. Name all 4 Steps
of Triumph and
explain how one
of them can help
improve your
company.
13. We have created two strategic plans
that will help your company thrive and
stay organized.
Organizational Plan
Financial Plan
14. The basis of this organizational plan is to discuss ways
your company can change your commission
management system to resolve conflicts between
sales employee’s and management.
In the particular situation we are handling at your
company Saturn of Cape Coral, the papers regarding
the employees sales bonuses were lost during
handling. To eliminate this conflict we suggest the
use of a barcode system to make the transfer of
commission sales bonuses for sales employees to
management completely electronic.
The following will describe the barcode system in
detail so that your employees can feel protected as
we convince you to implement this strategy.
15. Barcode automation offers vehicle barcode decals that
come in many different colors that are useful for color
coding parking lots.
Once properly attached to the vehicle window, the decals
will not be lost or loaned, and barcode automation readers
do not read photocopies of barcodes.
By purchasing these custom barcodes and readers at a
reasonable price, the vehicle sales will be accurately
recorded.
Each sales associate will also be given a six digit associate
number. After each vehicle is sold the salesman who sold
the vehicle will enter his or her associate number and
it will be submitted into the computer in order to receive
a commission bonus. This method rules out any paper
transfers that were originally the cause of the conflict in
your company.

incorporate both the Organizational and Financial
Plan, your company will triumph to success.
