This document is a continuing education activity report for the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. It details a 1 hour online program called "Putting UX Into Customer Service" that was attended on November 10, 2015. The program discussed how libraries can use Springshare tools and the user experience model to improve customer service. It shared practical tips and strategies for integrating the customer experience into service models.
