Jeremiah 32:40 (NIV)

5. Divine Influence
 Inspire is an action…it moves you to do
something…
 Inspiration is movement…not stagnation
 Inspiration is Illumination…a pathfinder

 God is making us over from broken and shattered
pieces.
 Make – to form something by putting the parts

used in shipbuilding and copper, both vital
commodities in the ancient world.
 Wood a carpenters favor material for building.
 Ships were use as a Christian symbol in the first
century. They reminded the church of Noah and the
New testament stories of Jesus…calming the storms.

12. The Divine Nature
 Copper- copper is inferior in value to gold, just as the
human nature is inferior to the divine nature.
 Just as these sources were critical to the development of
the known world of the first century. We are gravely
critical to the building of God’s Kingdom on the earth.

partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the
corruption that is in the world through lust.

13. Penetrating the Winds
Acts 27:7 (NKJV)
7 When we had sailed slowly many days, and arrived
with difficulty off Cnidus, the wind not permitting
us to proceed, we sailed under the shelter of Crete
off Salmone.
 ….Had sail…catch the wind
 Slow is good…start off slow and pick up speed…
 Our arrival is not with out complexity…yet without
question we will reach our destination…

 Winds – symbolic of earthly systems that resist
