What is a White paper? – Published in May 2012
Relatively brief 18 page note looking at what happened under the previous administration and what is being proposed – providing links to relevant official documents and Library publications.
Following 2R the bill goes to Public Bill Committee (which Ellie will talk about later). The Library will then produce a standard note outlining any of the changes that have been made – see CSR guidance
