IETE stands for Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers, one of the most active student chapters at VIT that aims to spread knowledge among students lacking resources. The IETE core committee set up a team led by Yogesh to organize an outreach program for students at Srishthi Government School in Vellore. The outreach program brought smiles to the impoverished students of classes 6-8 and gave them a touch of knowledge and technology, allowing them to learn how technology works in the real world through hands-on projects of student interest. It was made possible by the hard work of the seven member IETE team under Yogesh's leadership.

The document presents a framework for constructing knowledge stories that was developed through workshops with knowledge management personnel. The framework involves stages of identifying the story's purpose, articulating the knowledge source, organizing concepts or phases, writing the story, identifying embedded knowledge elements, and editing. It defines roles for a story constructor, knowledge wrapper, and editor. The goal is to guide the collective construction of stories that effectively capture and transfer organizational knowledge.

2. SURÓWKA Z CZERWONEJ KAPUSTY
Składniki:
ok. ½ kg czerwonej kapusty,
1 cebula.
Do przyprawienia: olej, cukier, sól, pieprz, ocet.
Sposób przygotowania:
Z kapusty zdjęliśmy wierzchnie liście.
Starliśmy ją na grubej tarce.
Teraz mogliśmy się zabierać się do „prania ręcznego” – ugniataliśmy ją. Stałą się wtedy bardziej
miękka i krucha.
Dodaliśmy pokrojoną cebulę i resztę przypraw do smaku.
Wymieszaliśmy i degustowaliśmy.
Każdy zespół ściera swój kawałek kapusty.
Współpracujemy!
Mamy także czas na eksperymentowanie
z czerwoną kapustą.
3. KOLOROWE OWOCOWE SZASZŁYKI
Składniki:
owoce np. winogrona zielone i granatowe, brzoskwinie, ananas itp.
Dodatkowo:
kapusta do wbicia w nią szaszłyków,
długie wykałaczki.
Sposób przygotowania:
Kroimy wszystkie owoce na małe kawałki.
Nabijamy je w dowolnej konfiguracji na długie szaszłyki.
Szaszłyki wbijamy z połowę główki kapusty.
Smacznego!
Kroimy owoce na małe kawałki.
.
Nabijamy kawałki owoców na wykałaczki

jabłka (dowolna liczba),
ew. dodatkowe owoce lub warzywa np. gruszki, marchew.
Dodatkowo:
sokowirówka,
nóż,
garnek.
Sposób przygotowania:

Wkładamy do sokowirówki uzyskując sok
Degustujemy!
Polecamy tworzenie soków z domieszkami innych owoców i warzyw.
Zastanawiamy się jak zrobić sok
Sprawdzamy jakość składników.
5. PIEROGI Z SEREM
Składniki na ciasto:
2 szklanki mąki pszennej
szczypta soli
łyżka oleju
około 2/3 szklanki gorącej wody
Wykonanie:
1. Na stolnicę wysyp mąkę.
2. Zrób w niej dołek i wlej do niego olej i dodaj sól.
3. Zagniataj ciasto i cienkim strumieniem dodawaj do niego gorącą wodę - ciasto powinno mieć
konsystencję plasteliny.
4. Z ciasta uformuj kulę i przykryj ją gorącym talerzem lub miską. Poczekaj około 15 minut.
5. Do dużego garnka wlej wodę, dodaj łyżkę oleju i sól. Zacznij ją gotować.
6. Ciasto podziel na 4 części. 3 części przykryj folią spożywczą (zapobiegnie to wysuszeniu się ciasta), a 4
rozwałkuj na posypanej mąką stolnicy/stole.
7. Za pomocą szklanki wykrawaj z ciasta koła.
Składniki na serowy farsz:
żółtko
pół kilograma tłustego lub półtłustego
twarogu
1 saszetka cukru waniliowego
4 łyżki cukru
do farszu można też dodać cynamon,
skórkę cytrynową/pomarańczową,
namoczone rodzynki
Wykonanie:
1. Przepuść twaróg przez praskę lub dobrze rozgnieć.
2. Połącz twaróg z resztą składników na farsz.
3. Na każdy kawałek ciasta nałóż mniej więcej łyżeczkę farszu (nie bój się, jeżeli wydaje ci się, że jest go za
dużo. Ciasto jest elastyczne i dobrze się rozciąga).
4. Zlep końcówki koła, uważając by nie zrobić dziurek w cieście.
5. Gotuj pierogi we wrzącej wodzie. Kiedy wypłyną na powierzchnię wody, gotuj je jeszcze przez około 2
minuty.
6. Gorące pierogi podawaj ze śmietaną.
Robimy ciasto na pierogi.
6. NALEŚNIKI Z SEREM
