The team tested two prototypes with stakeholders - one for the most practical idea and one for the most disruptive idea. They received feedback on improvements and likes, as well as new ideas around career advice, case studies, and skills. Testing prototypes with people provided many new perspectives and valuable inputs. The team plans to open a placement training community to ease students' transition from school to work.

2. Process of prototyping
• Tested the following prototypes with the stakeholder.
• Made 1 prototype for each of the two ideas (Most
practical and most disruptive)
• Interviewed the stake holder on the possible
improvements in the process and things which were
liked the most.
• Got a lot of new ideas from the stake holder like career
advice, case study analysis and imparting techno-
commercial skills.
• Understood the difficulties in implementing the real
time problem solving process.

5. Reflection
• I learnt that testing a prototype with many
people can give rise many new ideas and
perspectives of the same problem.
• I got a lot of valuable inputs through the
people I interviewed.
• Further, we plan to open a placement training
community in VIT University, for making the
School to Work transition easier.
