Introduction
The annual Arizona State University Dance Marathon is on the horizon,
meaning preparations need to be made within the next few months. On February
27th, 2016, students will have the opportunity to dance the night away in support
of the Phoenix Children’s Hospital, after having fundraised for the months leading
up to the event. We at TechCon Consulting would like for our services to be used
at the event, as something as important as this deserves only the best. Since the
biggest part of the Dance Marathon is in fact the dancing, a top-notch sound
system and well-trained staff is going to be needed.
Our proposal is for TechCon Consulting to provide the 2016 ASU Dance
Marathon resources to ensure that perfect sound and DJing skills are brought for
the dancers to enjoy. With our high quality equipment and experienced staff on
hand, we can give the students a fun, meaningful night to remember to reward
them for all the hard work they have done. We also, in the spirit of the event,
would like to wave our equipment delivery, set up and dismantling fee so that
more of the money generated at the Dance Marathon can go to those in need.

Current Situation
As it stands, the ASU Dance Marathon planning committee probably
already has a DJ and sound rental company from past years that is likely to be
used again for the 2016 event. However, using both equipment and personnel
for the event from TechCon can give the Dance Marathon a breath of fresh air

Qualifications

6. Dismantle and load up equipment: 12:00am- 1:00am

With the Dance Marathon meant to last twelve hours with three hours of
additional assembly and disassembling, this would bring the total cost to $6,375
with tax included. As noted earlier, TechCon will wave they standard delivery, set
up and dismantling fee for the night in the spirit of the event, but the staff will
still be paid for their services for the further three hours they are on site.
