Proprosal for uplift of Apollo Room (Scouts Deck)
Requirements Objective
1. Three hand held order taking electronic pad Floor staff to increase drink service sales and focus on
customer satisfaction
2. Three more portable eftpos machine Same as above
3. One plate warmer (100 plates capacity) Food will remain warm for an extended time on guest
table therefore achieving customer delight
4. One hot box - Efficient and hot delivery of replenishment
- Limit gathering of staff in kitchen and
stewarding area
- Less pressure on chef work load
5. Side station trolley - Quick clearing service of dirty plates and
cutlery.
- Increase of focus on customers from floor
staff
6. One bio bin In conjunction with above and a cleaner more
presentable way to scrap food of plates and to follow
HACCP policies.
7. Marble top buffet with salad wells and
dressing containers
Enhanced look of function room.
